I think that there should be a Hall of Fame system that displays all of the Pokemon Creed Champions in order and other basic stuff regarding like their clan and maybe their length of reign.

The ranking already do that for you. When you click the trainer rankings it gives you the top players of the game so adding something completely the same would be useless.

Not a really good idea, it'll make a lot of people competitive. Besides, we don't really need it. I rate the idea 3/10.

Benny you actually do need competitiveness on a rpg game. Plus people are already competitive hence clans and rankings. Thats why there are certain clans at the top and some at the bottom.

There is already pokemon rankings, trainer rankings excetera. This would be useless 5/10.
Honestly, reputationn shows nothing for a player. You could have high reputation and be themost mean spririted person on creed or the otheer way around.
