I think there should be like every month there are a few things you can do to win a prize. For example, lets say id it is July, and there are 4 events that month, but they all have a time when they end, 1st event July 1st-7th and for that event you need to gain like 50 million exp and you'll earn like 50 masterballs and then July 7th-13th you need to get 50 map pokemon, and then you'll earn a shadow Munna or any colored pokemon, then from July 13th-21st you'll have to get 500 million dollars and that will get you a Rainbow Munna. Then the last event is July 21st-30th you'll have to win 250 npc fights and you'll get a shiny Munna. Then I also think there should be an optional event like if you get your Shadow Munna to level 250, your Shiny Munna to level 500, and your Rainbow Munna to level 750, there could be like a mini game where you have to spin a wheel and it will give you 1 colored pokemon (not shiny or normal or any very rare pokemon) that you can keep.

This also may seem like weekly or one day promos, but it is not it is more challenging and it will possibly make players more active :)
