How many?
Right next to the friends bar there should be the amount of your friends online.
In other words, right next to friends, there will be green numbers indicating the number of friends online. This especially helps people who have a large friends list so when they look at the friends bar, they know how many are online. Sorry to anyone who said this before me. :) |

but if you have a whole ton of friends it will take Forever to check how many are online... what I mean is that this is mainly a faster way of telling how many are online.

Yeah would be nice I would support every suggestion that brings more social contact between the players in the acual game not on the chat.
|

You could do Ctrl+F and type in their name to see if they are on or not. This is a pointless Idea to me sorry but I don't see any reasons why not to add it.

But sometimes you can have a friend and you forget how to spell it and maybe you dont want to see who exactly is on, maybe you just want to see how many friends are on. so it is not exactly pointless.
