I would rate them a 1/10
The colors do not go together.
You should look at the color wheel, the colors opposite each other look good together because they make some parts pop out to the people.
The Transcendental:
There are a mix of colors and we cannot know what is going on or what to concentrate on. Its just one big blob. When creating special "types of pokemon sprites" the pokemon should be the main focus, the colors should help the pokemon pop out. For Example:
The Lugia/Ho-oh, some of the effects or the brush you used, it covers part of the sprite.
Its a really good try, if you keep at it, it can help you create better sprites.

Little more CnC than I'm used to, and where I'm from the top GFXer is a foreign guy who knows a small bit of English. His CnC is pretty straight and to the point. Maybe it's because I'm new to these forums and I have to adjust my attitude a bit. But thanks.

As much as my knowledge those are not the colors that are blended in a rainbow.
And try decreasing the glow and brightness in some points.
