this will give creed players a say in bans.

rules

1. If someone is in danger of being frozen, the creed jury will be temprarily given the power to investigate the matter
2. The jury can decide whether to freeze a member or leave him be.
3. For the cost of 250 coins the defendant can hire another creed member to be his/her lawyer
4. all jury members recieve 100 coins after case closes no matter what the result
5. The defendant cannot message jurist members during trail

Players that are friends with the user in question.
Players that aren't to bright.

well ill say that you must have at least 20 reps to do jury duty to fix those problems and potential freinds will not be chosen

How would you know if someone's friends with them?

well jurist are suppossed to be chosen randomely and also admin can check to see any logs pertaining to the defendant to exclude any potential friends

That sounds like a lot of work. Why not let staff decide what to do? They're best at that. That's why they're staff.

I think it is better that staff do their duty instead of keeping a lawyer, jury and whatsoever :)

a lawyer can be fake also and say false 4/10
