You can see the amount of exp a member gets in a clan but you don't know when that member joined the clan, if you like know that, then the clan leaders will have an easy time in deciding who to kick out and how much exp he got in how much time and if he is working hard for the clan or not and reward him.
Sometimes a person got 1 billion exp but he got it in 15 days and has a very high level, when the clan leader sees it, he can see that this person has got 1 billion exp but he does not know the time, also sometimes in clan contests, he can find out who is working the hardest and reward him/her for their effort.
So what i am trying to tell is next to the players exp should also be shown their age in the clan.

9/10 good idea cuz theres been one person in my clan who's been in it for..longer than I am? and still 0 exp.

If you're just going to post just a rate, then don't post at all. It's considered as spamming to get your post count up.

I will give 6/10 to this idea. Like other people say, It wont be so useful sometime, But it will be useful sometime.
