use some cloud effect and some glow for more perfection

I love it! I agree with the bit brighter comments, but I still love it. I wish I could own one for myself :3

I tried to make a sprite once and it turned out looking like crao so i let other people make sprites now

The effects (mainly the dots) are a bit distracting from the pokemon. I think that it would better with only the streaks
