ummm...i dont think this thread is liable under rules as they state no begging for new pokemon plus there is no guarentee you'll win the contest so...

How does new promo's effect the new system we have with trainer lv and trading ?
And soon once the exp table will change the new system will be more stable now currently its not that great thats true. But I don't see the use in having a new rare promo. Could you explain more in how it would effect the new trainer lv system ?
