There should be an option for when after you read it, to leave the message in your inbox but not show the number that you have read (the number next to mailbox). I want this so i do not forget that and check it every time to find out i have already read it >.< also you wouldnt have to delete messages to put the number back down to zero.

they should really put this idea in the game, it really good and will make it easier to see when you have notifications
