How about legendary maps where you have to beat the legend like beat rayquaza knowing fly, hyper beam, outrage, and dragon claw then have to use a master ball?

then dont you think it will increase the rarity of legend and make them useless like regice ?

Rayquaza is already available in Games Corner but it's really expensive though.

true but it isn't easy to find them only the chance of finding one is higher than the rate of finding regular pokemon on the maps

Then the rayquaza in the games corner will be useless since all or maybe most of the players will just go to maps and find a rayquaza.

not only that there is multiple areas that you have to go to to find them and besides it would take a lot of patience because it would be highly unllikely to find and it's level would be like 2x or 3x your highest lvl

the mysterious trainer has 10x level then our highest level poke in our team.

Well don't take it negatively though.
I think your idea was suggested(a map for legendary pokes) but I think it was denied.
Also what nightmare said, it will increase the rarity of the legendary Pokemon if it will be obtain in the map areas.

You know i think it is a great idea because now the legends are really impossible to obtain but if you cab catch them in rare cases like after 10 thousand steps on one map or something likd that then it would be a lot easier

It's a really good pokemon but in creed it's no better than a caterpie -.-
