Okay, so i tried logging on and it wouldn't let me because apparently 'You have already logged on to six accounts in the last 6 hours!'

now i know for a fact that's utter rubbish as i only have the one account, don't share internet connection with anyone that plays this nor do i know anyone else that plays this game...

obviously it has allowed me to log in now but i'd appreciate it if this problem could be fixed because i don't want this problem every time i log in.

also, while i was struggling with this, i could not find any link on the home page or support lines that i could direct my problem towards. i understand it could be spammed and would become a pain to keep on top of but it would have been nice to know i could contact someone about the problem. can i suggest setting up another area from the home page where everyone can log in using their account username and password (no matter what the status of the account is) one that has no link to the game play but can allow players to contact someone if they are having troubles?
