i am just starting out i need help on how to train my pokemon and how to get cash not coins

To get coins, just battle NPCs, do the minigames, or get a high leveled pokemon around level 900 and auto sell it, you'll get around max money for it which is 2.1bil ish.

The best way to train on here is to make your pokemon learn Bolt Strike and to continuously attack the Swimmer under the Intermediate trainers. By doing this many times, you should be able to generate a good amount of experience and money. If you need more money, then just sell a high level pokemon like Dualot said.
