Idk what dase and unbase.

I think it's like this:
Base = Level 5
Unbase = Level 6 and above.

Adding onto that, Base pokemons are worth more than non-bases usually with the exceptions of high level pokemon. Special Base Pokemon are considered "collector's items" by some users and are therefore worth more to them than unbase pokemon. Hope this helps!

base pokemons are those which are level 5 but if its unbase its not more worth and its unbase is above level 5

Wait, base Pokemon are not Level5 only. Base Pokemon mean the most lowest level of that Pokemon. So for example a level 5 R.Onix wont be base if there is a level 4 R.Onix.
