I'm reading the Note and it says this like it always does: "Note: Please note that it is against the rules to claim more than two of the same promo per household/IP address and doing so may result in an IP ban. No excuses.
Type YES into the box below if you understand, know the risks and agree."
So, I assume that means I can claim 2 lol But it's telling me I'm being greedy. Idk if it's a glitch or the rules changed or if there is a waiting time to claim a second or I'm being a derp...

You can claim 2 promos from the Promo Center per IP, but you can only buy 1 promo per account :P after you buy those 2, you have to buy them from others :)

If you really want to get more than just two of a promo and have a large amount of coins laying around, just ask someone to buy it for you and pay them with the coins to buy the pokemon and a little extra for their troubles.

However, if you find someone that is willing to do this, make a trade with one of their decent pokes for the coins so that there is a collateral in case they don't give you the promo. This makes the person want to trade back with you and get their pokemon back.
If anyone that you don't really know promises you that they will pay it back, still ask for a collateral to avoid being ripped off.
