Please Answer my Questions.
I can put Racetracks shiny pokemon I can not make the race, but there shiny pokemon. Why? or Why Not? |

because you need the specific pokemon, like if other person is using shiny heracross you need a shiny heracross to race. Any pokemon of a type only works on normal pokemon

Has anyone noticed people racing pokemon with higher levels than their TL so you cant even race them without it being unfair?

it could be unfair but its still a good system at that because it runs smoothly without ppl complaining like you right now
