Honestly, reputationn shows nothing for a player. You could have high reputation and be themost mean spririted person on creed or the otheer way around.

Try doing 13,250 coins for $30, and see if it works. There have got to be hidden fees here and there. And 13,250 coins is still a pretty good amount :)

I had the same problem, I just settled for less coins because it was too much a hassle.
