can we catch missingno in this game? if so, where do we catch it? can we catch it with normal pokeball? i have heard that we have to fight it too, how do i defeat missingno? what is its type and what moves are effective on it?

No. You can't capture MissingNo, not even with a Master Ball. Ice types and Electric types are the most effective against it, as it is probably a Flying type. Use Blizzard or Bolt Strike.
