i have been seeing that there are many poor suggestions for auction house , so i thought of making one .
there are many who sold there poke in auction house with a gr8 rip off . so this a idea that can help u :

the terms this idea contains :
poke lvl. exactly 5
only colored promos
promos should be in last 120 days

the idea :
if we sell a promo in auction then the minimum bid should be the double of its cost

why double ? :
bcz most of promos rate double or triple not mainly less

eg :
i bought a shadow groundon from promo , it costed 6k coins . it rates 12k - 14k , so if ii sell in auction house then the minimum bid should should be the double of what it costed ,i.e. , 6k *2 = 12k . this would help all who use auction house

I think there's really no actual rate. It's only up to you if you follow Rowl's rate list.
and I really don't like the minimum bid should be the double cost of what we bought in promo.
Also, there are people that want to buy less on what it's rate on Rowl's list. It's also a gamble if you'll get more or less in auction.

Yeah there's no official rates for any pokemon. Those are just opinions on what they should be but everyone has their own. So this idea is kinda pointless :/
