This isn't really needed. If you click the button on accident, it isn't the game's fault. You should just make sure you are clicking slowly and being more patient to eliminate this problem.

well on fishing contest it's just kind of about your luck and if your luck if good you can catch really good pokemon in first few clicks or you can try whole hour or so but won't get any good catch

Lost a 32.2k catch this way xD, but that's not game fault. You have to pay attention, otherwise with your idea, people could use an autoclicker and win the contest easy

well actually its all about patience if u w8 its not that hard so this idea is pointless tbh

To be honest, it has nothing to do with what everyone's saying. It is the way it is because if the highest score stayed and was never replaced, people would spam the refresh button without looking at the screen, etc. It makes it far this way.

I know the feeling if that happens, happened to me many times as well, but thats just my stupid fault and not the game tho =) You just have to keep your patience and concentration tho, sometimes my finger is doing something else what i had in mind so thats when i skip a 32k fish, but just keep on trying tho :>!

For me I think that your great record is always saved so all we need to do is wait patiently

its about patience and its annoying but its about keeping concentration and looking at what your catch was worth
