I suggest before you do any type of betting, accepting or creating. There is a pop up to confirm you will not complain about losing or beg for the stuff you lost doing so. And if they still complain,whine, or beg. They should be warned. If they continue a small freeze should happen since they won't listen to the pop up and staff ;

It is a great suggestion, but the problem is that it will waste bit of the user time. For example if you click on ''Take Bet'' a Pop-up(Dialog) came up, you need to click on ''OK''. If you are slow, it will take 3 second. However if there is another person click 0.1 second before you click ''Take Bet'', and he is really fast, when the time he click ''OK'' you have not yet clicked on ''OK''. You are the first person who click on ''Take Bet'' but...
Another problem is that people dont like Pop-up much.
