Money to buy poke balls is extremely easy to obtain, as max money is equal to about 30 coins.

If you need money one thing i found you can do to make it kind of fast while lvling up your pokemon is do Intermediate Trainers npc fights over and over lol. hope this helps if you haven't found a way to make money yet.
