Hello can anyone say me what are the used the Rare Candy and how will it decrease the level of a Pokemon.

It'll increase your pokemon by 1 lv, but sometimes there's a small chance it'll decrease your pokemon by 1 lv.

As in every other games, it raises the level of your by 1. Sometimes it might be bad Candy and may reduce your Pokemon's level.

Rare candy can also be used for reviving Ancient Fossil,along with fresh water and master ball.
But the only problem is you should be of level 100 in crafting which is very hard!:C
