I'm making a Shimi for Pokemon Platinum, I made it know Flamethrower, Teleport and Psychci, I forgot her actual moveset though .3.

(step 1: get out your DS and PKMN pearl,diamond or Platinum game
Step 2: start the game.
Step 3: Go to Nintendo WFC Settings
Step 4: press Nintendo Wi-fi connection settings
Step 5: Choose a Connection
Step 6: press Search for an acsess point
Step 7: choose your house's Wi-fi
And you should have Wi-fi after that)
