i need to know how to play referrals minigame in gamescorner i didnt understand what was written there can someone explain please

On the referrals page you have a link to pokemon creed,when you give this link to friends etc... and they use it to register and play the game you get 100 coins for each one that does.
example - you refer 5 new players = 500 coins for you.
