can anyone say me what are the differences between different places in creed i.e. pallet town etc.

Nothing much. In each town there are some other towns/cities. And some other king/queen. Somestreets are different..!

Towns only determine what region you are in. It's not that important =) i suggest to just finish the gyms then stay to the last town to avoid spending money traveling =)
