Hi please rate this suggestion out of ten and give me your opinions. I think there should be a library in each town, and the libraries in each town are different. You can go in the library for a certain amount of coins, and you can read a book for a certain amount of coins. In the books, you have a chance of finding secret files on the creation of pokemon, then go back to your scientist and he/she can make it for you. You don’t have to keep paying coins to enter and read books if you buy a library card. Or get one from lucky dip. About the Scientist, search up Creed Scientist and you can read about that.

when you say that the scientist can "make it for you" do you mean make the pokemon because if you do then that is a bad idea because this will lower the rates of pokes like darkrai which dont have many of its kind on this game.

This might work if the pokemon you get are shiny or common because then people would be getting a lot of rare pokemon. 4/10

we nee to lessen coins in creed and if we do your idea , more and more coins will come

nice idea but you need to be specific on some points, like what are the pokemons to be researched, and what are the chances of getting them, on coins i think its okay.. getting a library card is good. give more details and be sure that the details won't ruin the rarity of the pokemon. shinies would do i think. rate-5/10.
