I think there should be a period of time when a member over a certain ID should be able to buy a colored pokemon while the trainers below that ID should buy another colored pokemon that is worth the same coins.

Honestly, reputationn shows nothing for a player. You could have high reputation and be themost mean spririted person on creed or the otheer way around.
