You can't find spooky scarf anymore it was a Halloween item in 2010 and there's no use of it.

it is an old item and like he said, it is now useless. you can equip it on your pokemon but it doesn't do anything.

yes the spooky scarf is use less if u waNT ASK SOME PLAYERS FOR IT THEY CAN SELL IT TO YOU..

Yeah, i think its used. But no effect will be done to the pokemon. So its considered as useless.

Spooky Scarf is useless nowadays (really useless). But if you want it you can go to the Item Market to check if some player sell it or at the forums.
