hi guys i am having problems in training before i had a 13k lvl poke now i have a 4k lvl poke i cant train with it fast please give me suggestion so that i can train faster and by the way i have toxic

Only thing you can do is lvl up it to 13k, a 4k gives way less exp than a 13k.

try battling mysterious trainer but id recomend using a team of 6 as its easier to kill the mew
