Do you get to keep a TM move after one use?
Is there a way I can use the TM again after teaching it to one of my pokemon or do I have to buy it again if I want to teach it to another pokemon?

TM can only be use once.
So you have to buy again if you have used it on a Pokemon if you want to teach the same move to the other Pokemon. |
