How do I get a glaceon, sylveon ,umbreon, espeon,and leafeon?

There's a goldenglaceon, cursedumbreoon and cursedespeon.
It's only available in colored and not yet in normal. |

As of now, it can be obtainable by trading and maybe in contest.
Btw, colored pokes is also obtainable in promo center. |
