You can get the snowman head by crafting. Also trading but I don't know what they cost.

Snowman head can be crafting to people who have lvl 25 in crafting, there are no absolutly rate for it, it depending your negotation with ther trainer who can crafting it or have it

snowman heads are got from crafting - snowball,blackhat and carrot but you need level 25 in crafting first
