Training Idea:
having a hard time with people not training to your liking and paying them first hand? getting scammed a lot due to people being greedy? well I have an idea. why not have a way so that people have to get it to a specific level and as soon as it gets there they get the coins. for example: you have a level 5 and you want it to level 50. and you make a trade loaning it for 30 coin. they don't get the thirty coin until that pokemon hits lvel 50. but lets say you try to take it back. you cant. because with it you also have a lock in feature for a week. if it isn't bone by then you get your pokemon back and its free. and then everyone is happy. well ish.

Training Idea:
ydoc, but it also goes both ways. I mean you need to look at it from a trainers point of view too. I don't accept training jobs that say they will pay after wards. As a trainer I am just as worried about being scammed as a player like you paying for training. Yes you could implement a system where it would pay you after you hit a certain exp point but here is the problem, just like auction house shows, every code will bug every once and a while. So the trainer will end up getting mad that the prize wasn't delivered. You could argue that the person asking for training would have the heart to give it back, but as seeing most of the players greed on this game that would be very doubtful of happening. And also providing the player could potentially get rid of the prize before hand.
Moral of all this is saying if you have if have to question whether a person is going to scam you then you probably shouldn't buy from them. There are plenty of trustworthy people in the top of the pokemon rankings with very cheap rates and excellent speed. No reason to just bring those people to a stop just because of a system that could have potential flaws. It would increase scams for the trainers while providing a safety net for scamming buyers. That in itself is not fairplay. If you are going to do something it has to have the same amount of risk for everyone, or otherwise trainers would not accept trades like these and instead revert back to the old trades, causing for this coding to be wasteful. overall I give it a 3/10 because it would help create safety nets, but potentially create safety nets for the wrong people. And by the time proof could be shown this could happen to many people before said person is banned.
Once a Top 2 trainer and Top 2 pokemon

I kind of agree with this idea but you should be able to choose the lock in feature like how we choose the time loaned
