so in the pokedex there is glaceon and leafeon but there are no options to evolve eevee into those 2 so how do we register glaceon and leafeon in our pokedex

You can get it by breeding if I'm not wrong.

You can breed them, same goes with Sylveon
Also, there are certain pokemons that can't be registered as of now, for example: tyrogue. It's unobtainable.  |
