i am thinking of challenging the battle towers and i need to know how to get the move fly to put on my pokemons

Beat Zapmolcuno in NPC Fights. Let the pokemon that you want to teach fly last hit or faint Articuno.
You probably will need a team of Golurk. Also, it would be much better to have a pokemon with Toxic. |
