Well you can obtain them as a promo, though a trade, through a contest or from the Auction house.
Those are the most common ways to get ColoredPokemon. Here is Xhinz's guide to help you progress in the game faster and get more colored more faster :P [you must login to view links] I have most of those Shadow's your looking for, if you get one it will be most likely through a trade. Feel free to offer on my: ShadowLugia And ShadowMewtwo (Remember to follow Xhinz's guide to get better pokes! :P) |

A Shadow Regice? If it is then yeah 10%, if not then dude a lot of people have Regice's and this thread is old

You can't buy those Pokemon as promos anymore. They are very rare and only a few people have them. I don't think that anyone would give them up easily.
