Laxus; 3/10 The sig has potential but with the Bulbasaur blending too much and getting discolored it doesn't really look that great. There's a ton of contrast as well. The floral vectors/brushes would have looked nice but the colors stand out too much and seem to be more of a focal that Bulbasaur almost. Always double check your text as well, typos never look good. [you must login to view images] Dualot; 4/10 Well, Butterfree isn't exactly a grass type Pokemon so you're disqualified. The signature blends well and the effects are nice but it's still not a grass type D: [you must login to view images] Harmony; 4/10 The best signature this round and the winner for this round. There's a lot of empty space but you have emphasis on your focal. The text needs work though, the "First Generation" text is perfect imo. However the stroke on the Ivysaur text makes it stand out a little too much. Work on creating an atmosphere and I believe you'll become a much better artist.
