7.5/10 This is pretty cool. But I don't like all that glitter covering the text or whatever it is sorry. And as joey said, The text is just all in different directions. But this is way better than I could do :P

Seems like ocean ripple or glass :o :P I don't use any pre made effects on sprites XD

I'm going to be honest here, I didn't really like it. Seems like just throwing random things onto a background and hoping that the end result impresses people. The text, I'm guessing has been rasterized and then resized, but the edges look rough, so probably having it as a text layer would improve on that. The colours have just been randomly thrown in, with no real direction at all. That mist distracts form the text making it difficult to read.
