How do you...

-recolor like cursed sprites?
-lightning in some shadow pokes?
-rainbow pokes?(pending)

Lightning- Idk
Cursed- Select by Color Tool
Rainbow- In blend tool.

For rainbow sprites, ... :
Open the .png file,
make sure the mode is RGB .. Mode -> RGB
Select Blend Tool, and change it to rainbow gradient (from black-white, scroll down) and make the overlay mode (not normal mode)
colouring the object :)

Go to the pokedex and look up shadow Rayquaza.
It looks like lighting.
