Line's are wierd, why add them?
nice Gold, but make it a bit darker and try put a shadowy effect on the sprites.

I have to agree with most everyone, the lines looks like the pokemon have needles sticking out of them (like they have acupressure being done to them). Though the Golden effect on Cranidos looks good on it. so I will give you 5/10.
