Yeah, I think its a nice idea! :D It doesn't take much time to get someone to train your pokemon to a specific level and i hate waiting for all the rest of the hour to past by cuz i want my leveled up pokemon badly ;~;

you already can just click on where it says hours and change it to minutes, thrn make the loan or 1minute and when it done the other person can send it back

I'm quite sure you can loan for a few minutes. I got my friend's pokemon loaned to me for about 15 min so I could level it up for them. I think it's in the options, just change hours to minutes. I think.
