Clan Message.

I think there should be a Clan Message, when there's a new Contest for the clan you can notify all your Clan Members to check the Clan Description.

This can be use for Specific people as well instead of everyone.
Basically you will have options to pick which Clan Member to message.

Example A:

(Leader messaging everyone)

Leader: New Clan Comtest, check Clan Description.

Example B:

(Leader messages a Person A)

Leader: Person A, you have not gain enough EXP for the clan, if you want stay; you better train this week or you will be kicked out. This goes to other Players that don't train.
