It seems like everyone wants to loan coins. There should be a coin loaning button, and you loan a certain amount. You could either loan small by small by saying return coins, but if you dont return coins within a week, maybe there should be a interest. And if they dont pay back within a month they have to start paying back in Pokemon. Just a suggestion.

what happens if the guys does not have any pokes worth the amount of coins that has been loaned.. and he failed to return it with in a month ??

I dont think it'll go well. That would only cause scamming, using multiple accounts. I predict that more than 50% wouldnt get their coins back. Not a good idea, sorry.
