Don't use Paint always.
It's basic and has basic tools.
Not the advanced tools.

now i know how to make shadow sprites but i dont know how to save... whenever i upload it on tinypic it says upload failed...

The Giratinna looks amazing! The aura is just a bit messed up. You may want to fix that on gimp or something
