If you mean special pokemon as in the coloured, like Cursed,Shadows,Goldens etc.
Then you can get them from Promo Center, Games Corner prizes, contests, auction house, trading, buying. Evolving a pokemon you simply go to Your Pokemon and click on evolve pokemon, then click evolve. |
