Where do I use my Item Finder.I just bought it and I dont know where to use it.

Goto Manage Items -> Equip Items -> and equip the item finder

I think item finder will find items(ex. nugget), not Pokemon.

Dowsing machine is much better. You should try saving up for a dowsing machine. if getting coins is hard for you, try putting up some rare(ish) pokemon up for auction for a few days.

The weather also effect the Itemfinder. Go to the Weather Forecast, if the city's weather says something other than Clear or Mild, it wont work :p
