More evolutions for normal pokemon

I would like more evolutions....... I bought a lot of normal eeveesthinking I could evolve it into espeon and Umbreon, my favourite pokemon. Well...... Tough luck, I can't because apparently normal eevees can't evolve into normal espeons

i like the idea of the fact that we would be able to get all the the evolutions of evee but some of them like espeon only evolves into espeon during the night. and this is a world wide game, so how would that work out?

I think i know how to make it work out. At a certain level Eevee will evolve to all eevee evolutions other than Flareon, Jolteon and Vaporeon
