I like this idea but it is just that it wont fit in the game, since everyone would be able to loan a high level to train with and then lots of people will have high level pokemons. So i would rate this 6.8/10 sorry.

Question if the pokemon you are loaning is level 6500 and the loaner his training level is 7k+ you can loan the poke none the less ?
And personally I think training is balanced enough for now if you really want to get training on a 10k+ ask people like zapdos or crixus91 they can train to a high level and fast. Trade cap info [you must login to view links]
