Sorry but not going to happen they added the level cap for a reason too balance the game more.
The race cap is a good idea if you remove it you need to remove all caps on trading than game will go downhill.

this is bad idea so I disagree because racing is just 50/50 whatever happen this is just fun in the game similar to 50/50 trade if level is matter then higher level trainer are always sire won
