how about we can keep fished out pokemon and they're level be equal to the last 3 digits of the number its worth so if i catch a pokemon worth 17500 it'll be level 500. only trainers with at least a traner level of 750 can do this and you can toggle this on or off. any colors captured by this wil have they're color taken away to make it fair and any legendaries captured are randomely turned into another pokemon.

well either way there is o harm done due to the fact that you can't win any levels until 750 tl. so make it like this if u win the contest, you get a shiny versiion off that pokemon always base

If you need at lest trainer level 1k to do this then 10/10, I don't want every noob just getting a level 900 first thing
